Mother’s Cantina in OCMD absolutely blew us away. The triple stack fajita is on another level — nearly a pound of shrimp, a full chicken breast, and what tasted like a filet mignon (definitely not your standard carne asada). Every protein was cooked perfectly, and the seasoning was dialed in across the board. The ... depth of flavor was unlike anything I’ve had before. It honestly felt like the recipes and spices were sourced from all over the world — intentional, layered, and incredibly well executed. The fajita veggies were charred just right and actually seasoned (which almost never happens). We also had the Baltimore-inspired Kisslings wings, and somehow they were even better than the original.
